Beyond Vision Transitions aims to transition the lives of service users; allowing them to realise their direction and supporting them to create a vision for their lives. We work towards becoming better than current circumstances. Beyond vision transitions has a goal to support people create dreams and visions, beyond their current vision.

 

This is an exciting time for Beyond Vision Transitions, as although we are a growing organisation, we are rapidly expanding and diversifying our Supported Living Services to meet the individual needs of all people.

You will need to have experience in working in supported living services and/or semi-independent living services and experience of leading teams in the sector. You will be absolutely committed to the organisation's ethos of being a service user led provision, where you are there to enable the residents to live their lives to the full.
