OUR SERVICES

We offer outreach services through key working sessions for service users who live in the community and need support to develop their independent living skills. This can be people who continue to live with their birth family, as well as young adults or adults who have moved into independent living; but will benefit from further handholding to settle them in their new life. 

Key workers can offer one to one home visits to service users and offer support towards maintaining routines, maintaining personal hygiene and maintaining a clean home environment to name a few. Support can also be offered with regards to budgeting and finance management – including help with shopping and making benefits applications.  Outreach key workers can also accompany service users in arranging appointments, making job applications and accompanying them to attend appointments until they feel confident and be independent once the support is gradually withdrawn.
